Creates new criminal offense of "political intimidation" under Title 18 § 2720 for acts committed with malicious intention toward individuals or property based on their political affiliation

Applies when underlying offenses include assault, arson, criminal mischief, property destruction, or criminal trespass committed due to hatred of someone's political party or ideology

Elevates penalties one degree higher than the underlying offense classification; summary offenses become third-degree misdemeanors

Defines "political affiliation" as belonging to or endorsing, verbally or nonverbally, a political party or ideology

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
