Eliminates the 90-day limit that required injured workers to use only employer-designated health care providers, effectively requiring employees to use designated providers indefinitely for workers' compensation treatment

Removes the provision allowing employees to choose their own health care provider after the initial 90-day period ends

Deletes the requirement that employees notify employers within 5 days of visiting a non-designated provider after the 90-day period

Applies the same changes to claims filed with the Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund, removing time-limited restrictions on designated provider requirements

Takes effect 120 days after enactment and applies only to claims for injuries occurring on or after the effective date
