Designates the entire 45.433-mile portion of US Route 20 in Pennsylvania, from the Ohio state line to the New York state line, as the "Pennsylvania and National Medal of Honor Highway"

Requires the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain brown signs with white trim displaying the highway name and images of the Army, Navy, and Air Force Medal of Honor in each House legislative district along the route and near state borders

Pennsylvania ranks second among all states in Medal of Honor recipients, with 321 born in the state, 382 entering service from Pennsylvania, and 241 buried there, spanning 14 wars over 145 years

US Route 20 was designated as the National Medal of Honor Highway on December 17, 2024, with all 12 states along the 3,365-mile route having completed their state designations

Repeals Section 16 of the Act of June 30, 2021 (P.L.339, No.64), which contained a prior designation of the route as the "Pennsylvania Medal of Honor Highway" (without "National" in the title)
