Establishes the TRICARE Premium Reimbursement Program within the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to provide grants to Pennsylvania National Guard members for health insurance costs

Eligible recipients may receive up to $60 per month to reimburse premiums paid for TRICARE Reserve Select coverage and TRICARE dental program coverage for themselves and immediate family members

Funding may come from state appropriations as well as gifts, donations of money, securities, or personal property (excluding real estate)

Eligibility is limited to individuals who are both members of the Pennsylvania National Guard and eligible for TRICARE Reserve Select coverage

Takes effect 180 days after enactment
