Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) Section 6304(f)(2)(i) to expand the list of child-on-child sexual offenses that must be reported under child protective services requirements

Adds unlawful dissemination of intimate image (18 Pa.C.S. § 3131) to reportable offenses when committed by a child against another child

Adds sexual abuse of children (18 Pa.C.S. § 6312) to reportable offenses in child-on-child contact situations

Existing reportable offenses retained include rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and indecent exposure

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
