Requires health insurance policies in Pennsylvania that cover cancer chemotherapy treatment to also include coverage for scalp cooling system treatment, which uses devices like cold caps or refrigerated systems to prevent or reduce hair loss during chemotherapy

Coverage must be subject to the same deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance conditions that apply to cancer chemotherapy treatment

Excludes certain policy types from the requirement, including accident-only, long-term care, disability income, Medicare supplement, dental-only, vision-only, workers' compensation, and military benefit policies

Takes effect 60 days after enactment, with Medicaid and CHIP managed care plans required to comply beginning January 1, 2027 or 60 days after the effective date, whichever is later
