Establishes the Public Sector Workplace Safety Equipment Account as a restricted account in the General Fund

Requires the Secretary of the Budget to transfer up to $3,800,000 in unexpended General Fund appropriations to the account by October 1, 2025, from fiscal years prior to July 1, 2024

Appropriates account funds on a continuing basis to the Office of Administration for purchasing and distributing safety equipment to Commonwealth agencies with employees at high risk for workplace musculoskeletal disorders

Safety equipment includes lift kits and assistive devices for patient handling in healthcare settings, and postural support devices for construction-related occupations

Eligible agencies include those operating nursing care facilities, residential facilities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and highway/street/bridge construction operations
