Amends the Human Services Code (Act of June 13, 1967) by adding Section 403.3 on Subsidized Child Care and Notification Requirements

Overrides existing state regulation 55 Pa. Code § 3042.151(a) regarding general notification requirements to establish the new 30-day advance notice mandate
