Establishes annual cost-of-living adjustments to the burial expense maximum beginning January 1, 2027, tied to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland area

Requires the department to publish adjusted burial expense amounts in the Pennsylvania Bulletin

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
