Expands reentry supervision eligibility to include offenders with aggregate minimum sentences of 1 year or more (down from 4 years) when the offense involved a victim under 18 years of age

Excludes sexual offenders subject to mandatory probation under 42 Pa.C.S. § 9718.5 from the expanded 1-year minimum threshold

Maintains existing exclusions from reentry supervision for persons sentenced to death, life imprisonment, or those otherwise ineligible for parole

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
