Amends Pennsylvania's Workers' Compensation Act to explicitly add "engaging in organized fundraising activities" as a covered activity for volunteer firefighters, volunteer ambulance corps members, and volunteer rescue and lifesaving squad members

Injuries sustained during organized fundraising events will now qualify for workers' compensation benefits, treating volunteers as municipal employees for coverage purposes

Updates terminology in definitions for participating members of volunteer fire departments and volunteer ambulance corps from "organizing fundraisers" to "organizing or engaging in organized fundraising activity"

Applies to three categories of volunteer emergency responders: volunteer fire department members, volunteer ambulance corps members, and volunteer rescue and lifesaving squad members

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
