Amends the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act to redefine "bona fide private or fraternal organization" to exclude organizations that restrict membership based on race, color, national origin, or ancestry

Organizations restricting membership for the purpose or effect of denying equal access to housing, employment, or public accommodations would lose their exemption from anti-discrimination requirements

Religious, denominational, charitable, and educational organizations connected to religious organizations retain their ability to give preference to persons of the same religion or denomination

Existing exemptions preserved for landlord-occupied rooming houses with common entrances and sex-based distinctions in single-sex dormitories or shared personal residences

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
