Amends Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) Section 5511 to restructure and clarify notice requirements in guardianship proceedings for incapacitated persons in Pennsylvania.

Requires a copy of the guardianship petition to be attached to the written notice provided to the alleged incapacitated person.

Expands notification requirements when standard parties cannot be reached to include persons residing with the alleged incapacitated person, up to three nearest living relatives, and any person or entity demonstrating genuine interest in the individual's welfare.

Reorganizes existing procedural requirements into clearer subparagraphs with Roman numeral formatting while maintaining the 20-day minimum service requirement before hearings.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment.
