Prohibits the manufacturing, selling, delivering for sale, holding for sale, or offering for sale of cell-cultured protein in Pennsylvania

Defines "cell-cultured protein" as any product made for human consumption that is derived wholly or in part from the cell culture or DNA of any animal (mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians, birds, or invertebrates) and grown outside of the animal

Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, specifically the food protection subchapter (Sections 5722 and 5723)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
