Pennsylvania State Police must maintain and post a publicly accessible online list of individuals convicted of animal cruelty offenses under 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 55 Subch. B, beginning January 1, 2027

List entries include booking photograph, full legal name, and other identifying information, but exclude Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and other federal/state ID numbers

First-time offenders remain on the list for 2 years; subsequent offenders remain for 5 years from their most recent conviction, with removal contingent on no additional animal abuse convictions during that period

Clerks of court must forward conviction judgments and offender dates of birth to State Police within 60 calendar days of judgment

Covered animals include companion animals (dogs and cats) and non-livestock animals; entries are removed if the underlying offense is expunged
