Adds certain kratom-derived compounds to Pennsylvania's Schedule I controlled substances list, specifically 7-hydroxymitragynine at concentrations of 2% or more of total alkaloid content or 1 milligram or more per serving size

Classifies synthetic, semi-synthetic, or chemically manipulated forms of mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, and related alkaloids from the Mitragyna speciosa (kratom) plant as Schedule I substances

Amends The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act of 1972 (P.L.233, No.64)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
