Amends the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act to add a new power allowing the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission to receive complaints of civil rights or civil liberties violations committed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents or federal, state, or local law enforcement cooperating with ICE

Individuals who were subject to or witnessed such violations in Pennsylvania may file complaints with the Commission

Complaints received may be referred to the Pennsylvania Attorney General or the county district attorney with jurisdiction over where the violation occurred

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
