Public utilities, electric generation suppliers, and natural gas suppliers must notify customers in plain language when their fixed-rate period is ending

First notice required at least 60 days before the fixed-rate period ends; second notice required at least 30 days before

Customers who continue service after the fixed-rate period ends must receive notice that the period has ended at least once every 30 days for the first three months

Notices may be included as part of monthly bills or interim statements

Amends Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes; takes effect 60 days after enactment
