Amends Pennsylvania's Workers' Compensation Act to remove the requirement that physicians conducting impairment evaluations must be in active clinical practice for at least 20 hours per week

Physicians evaluating employees after 104 weeks of total disability compensation must still be licensed in Pennsylvania and board-certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties-approved board or osteopathic equivalent

Applies the same removal of the 20-hour clinical practice requirement to physicians performing physical examinations requested by employers or ordered by workers' compensation judges

Requires the Department of Labor and Industry to promulgate regulations implementing these changes

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
