Increases the maximum capital development loan amount for land, buildings, machinery, and equipment from $400,000 to $2,000,000, while maintaining the 50% cap on total project costs

Loans continue to be subject to authority review and approval within 30 days of receiving a completed application

Project costs incurred within 12 months prior to application submission may still count toward total capital development project costs

Amends Section 2306(c)(1)(i) of Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
