Amends Pennsylvania's Telemarketer Registration Act to add definitions for "artificial intelligence," "generative artificial intelligence," and "synthetic content"

Prohibits using AI to make telemarketing calls, mimic human voices, select phone numbers for telemarketing, disguise call origins, or otherwise interact with consumers during solicitation calls

Establishes escalating civil penalties for AI-related violations: $25,000 for first offense, $50,000 for second offense, and $100,000 for third or subsequent offenses

Creates a private right of action allowing individuals who receive AI-generated telemarketing calls to sue in court of common pleas

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
