PA HB2257

Requires the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, in consultation with county agencies, to develop a trauma-informed screening tool to identify children who are victims of or at risk of human trafficking involving sexual servitude.

County agencies must administer the screening to all children alleged to be dependent children with whom the agency has contact.

Children identified as victims or at-risk must be connected with specialized programs and services for sexually exploited children under 18 Pa.C.S. § 3062.

Amends the Human Services Code (Act of June 13, 1967) by adding Section 710.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
