Department of Human Services and Juvenile Court Judges' Commission must develop and implement a trauma-informed screening to identify children who are victims of, or at risk of becoming victims of, human trafficking involving sexual servitude

Juvenile probation officers are required to administer the screening to allegedly delinquent children at the intake conference following submission of a written allegation

Children identified as trafficking victims or at-risk must be connected with specialized programs and services for sexually exploited children under 18 Pa.C.S. § 3062

Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by adding new section 6343

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
