Amends Pennsylvania's rape statute (Section 3121 of Title 18) to authorize courts to sentence convicted rapists to medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment (chemical castration) monitored by the Department of Corrections

Allows offenders to voluntarily elect surgical castration (orchiectomy or oophorectomy) as an alternative to chemical castration treatment

Maintains existing imprisonment terms: up to 40 years for offenses under subsection (c) and up to life imprisonment for offenses under subsection (d)

Requires the Department of Corrections to begin administering chemical castration treatment no later than one week before the offender's release from incarceration

Takes effect 60 days after enactment; introduced March 9, 2026 and referred to the House Judiciary Committee
