Consumers with store loyalty cards may request that cashiers apply all applicable digital coupons to their purchases at checkout

Consumers 65 years or older presenting a store card receive automatic application of all digital coupons without needing to request it; stores may verify age with government-issued photo ID

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
