Removes the requirement for candidates to include their residence address and post-office address in the publicly filed nomination petition affidavit under Section 910 of the Pennsylvania Election Code

Creates new Section 910.1 requiring candidates to file a separate affidavit stating their residence (with street and number) and post-office address

Makes candidate residence information confidential by exempting the separate residence affidavit from public disclosure under both the Election Code and Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law

Limits use of the residence affidavit to administrative purposes only—specifically to verify candidate qualifications for office

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
