Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to create an exemption from license recall for drivers who experience syncope (fainting) due to a coronary condition treatable with a pacemaker

Requires four conditions for the exemption: physician determines a pacemaker can treat the condition, a functioning pacemaker has been implanted, no syncope for at least 7 days post-implantation, and physician submits attestation report to PennDOT

Mandates physicians report any additional syncope episodes after the initial attestation, which may result in license recall by the department

Excludes commercial driver's licenses from the pacemaker exemption provisions

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
