Amends the Pennsylvania Election Code (Section 909) to add school district candidates in districts where the office is elective to the list of positions where petition circulators do not need to be registered members of the designated party

Current law already exempts circulators for court of common pleas, Philadelphia Municipal Court, and justice of the peace candidates from the party enrollment requirement

Petition circulators must still be qualified electors of the Commonwealth and attest that signers signed with full knowledge of the petition contents and are qualified electors

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
