Allows candidates for Pennsylvania statewide offices (Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Auditor General, State Treasurer), General Assembly seats, and appellate court judgeships to pay themselves remuneration from their campaign committees

Caps total candidate remuneration at 50% of the base salary of a Pennsylvania House member for the election year, distributed as a daily rate calculated over the period from nomination petition deadline through 20 days after the November election

Requires candidates to have filed a nomination petition, paper, or certificate before receiving payments, and prohibits advance payments for future days not yet served as a candidate

Bars current public officials and officers from receiving campaign remuneration; candidates who formally withdraw forfeit eligibility, while losing candidates may collect for up to 20 days after their loss

Takes effect 60 days after enactment; Department of State must annually publish maximum remuneration amounts and daily rates on its website
