Amends the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act to increase civil penalties for housing and real estate discrimination: from $10,000 to $26,262 for first offenses, from $25,000 to $65,653 for one prior violation within five years, and from $50,000 to $131,308 for multiple prior violations within seven years.

Requires the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission to annually adjust civil penalty amounts based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U), beginning in fiscal year 2026-2027, with adjustments taking effect each July 1.

Extends the deadline to file discrimination complaints from 180 days to 365 days after the alleged act of discrimination, unless the Fair Housing Act requires otherwise.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment.
