Expands Pennsylvania's Emergency and Law Enforcement Personnel Death Benefits Act to cover deaths by suicide resulting from duty-related psychiatric disorders, including post-traumatic stress injury, acute stress disorder, and trauma-related disorders

Creates a presumption that first responders died in the line of duty if they had a diagnosed psychiatric disorder from on-duty traumatic exposure, or if they died within 45 days of traumatic event exposure while influenced by an undiagnosed disorder

Covers firefighters, ambulance/rescue squad members, law enforcement officers, hazardous material response team members, Pennsylvania Civil Air Patrol members, and National Guard members

Defines "traumatic event" as incidents involving serious bodily injury or death, injured/abused/exploited minors, immediate threats to life, mass casualties, or crime scene investigations

Applies retroactively to claims arising on or after January 1, 2019, and takes effect 60 days after enactment; may be referred to as "Bryan's Law"
