Voters with blindness, disease, or other disabilities that physically prevent them from entering a polling place may vote from their motor vehicle (curbside voting)

At least two election officers from different major political parties must assist curbside voters by bringing ballots to the polling place entrance or curb

Voters whose disability is not recorded on their registration card may provide evidence of their condition following guidelines established by the Secretary of the Commonwealth

Candidates for election are added to the list of persons prohibited from providing voting assistance, alongside judges of election, employers, and union representatives

Removes the requirement that election officers verify a voter still suffers from the same disability condition recorded at registration before providing assistance

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
