Requires the Pennsylvania Department of Health to develop opioid overdose awareness posters and pamphlets containing information on recognizing overdoses, response steps, and where to find naloxone and additional resources

Mandates Commonwealth agencies, metropolitan transportation authorities, municipalities, local transportation organizations, and State System universities display the posters in conspicuous public locations such as bathrooms, lobbies, entrances, bus stops, airports, and libraries, if feasible

Department of Health must pay all costs for printing and distributing the posters and make them available online in various sizes and languages upon request

Entities already displaying posters with equivalent overdose information may opt out by notifying the department of their use of an alternative poster

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
