Requires state agency business applications to include Federal employer identification numbers to streamline compliance crossmatches between agencies

Working group membership includes representatives from the Department of Labor and Industry, Department of Revenue, and Office of Attorney General, with optional participation from county district attorneys and local labor enforcement offices

Working group must meet at least quarterly, chaired by a representative designated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, and takes effect 60 days after enactment
