Amends Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Act to grant the Department of Health authority to place conditions on practitioners seeking inclusion in the medical marijuana registry

Allows the department to impose probationary terms and limit the number of patient certifications a practitioner may issue within a set time frame

Permits requiring practitioners to be supervised by another practitioner who agrees to oversee them for a specified period

Authorizes the department to require practitioners to submit documentation and reports demonstrating compliance with the act and any imposed conditions

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
