Requires health insurance policies in Pennsylvania to cover annual prostate cancer screenings for individuals age 40 and older who are at high risk due to genetic alterations, family history of prostate cancer, or physician-determined medical appropriateness

Prohibits cost-sharing (deductibles, copayments, coinsurance) for covered prostate cancer screenings

Defines prostate cancer screening to include prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests and digital rectal examinations

Applies to policies with filed rates/forms 180 days after the effective date, and to policies without filing requirements upon issuance or renewal 180 days after the effective date

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
