Employees of covered facilities receive whistleblower protections under Pennsylvania law for good faith reports of violations

Violations constitute a third-degree misdemeanor, with the act taking effect 120 days after enactment and requiring annual department reports to legislative agriculture committees beginning July 1, 2026
