Grants Pennsylvania residents who served in the Republic of Korea Armed Forces during the Vietnam War (January 9, 1962 – May 7, 1975) the same state veterans' rights, benefits, recognition, and privileges as U.S. military veterans

Eligible individuals must be naturalized U.S. citizens and recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs under 38 U.S.C. § 109 (benefits for discharged members of allied forces)

Authorizes Commonwealth agencies to request supporting documentation including discharge papers, separation documents, and VA records to verify eligibility

Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by adding Section 105

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
