Caps insulin copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles at $35 maximum per 30-day supply for health insurance policies with prescription coverage, regardless of insulin type or amount needed

Excludes certain policy types from the cap including accident-only, dental, vision, Medicare supplement, workers' compensation, and long-term care policies

Requires the Attorney General to investigate insulin drug pricing practices and manufacturers' roles in current prices

Mandates a public report to the General Assembly within one year containing pricing analysis and policy recommendations to prevent insulin overpricing

Takes effect 60 days after enactment; Insurance Department authorized to promulgate implementing regulations
