Landlords must disclose in leases whether parking is provided, and if so, whether a fee is required and the specific amount of that fee

Parking fees cannot be changed or added during the duration of an existing lease

Tenants may file complaints with district justices, magistrates, or other lower courts (excluding courts of common pleas) for violations

Landlords found in violation must reimburse tenants for parking costs incurred throughout the lease term

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
