Prohibits courts from awarding alimony to a party convicted of committing a personal injury crime against their spouse, unless necessary to prevent "manifest injustice"

Allows the injured party to recover any alimony payments made between the commission of the offense and the conviction by filing a petition

Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, Section 3701 regarding alimony

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
