Requires insurers to provide written notification to policyholders when reimbursement for nonnetwork EMS agency services is paid directly to the policyholder, including the service date, EMS agency name, itemized claim and reimbursement amounts, and billing address

Mandates a disclosure warning policyholders that reimbursement funds must be used solely to pay the EMS agency, and that using funds for other purposes may result in insurance fraud claims

Requires insurers to notify nonnetwork EMS agencies monthly when claim payments have been issued to policyholders for medically necessary emergency medical services

Amends Section 635.7 of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (P.L.682, No.284)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
