Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to authorize courts to order defendants in protection from abuse cases to wear electronic monitoring devices when the plaintiff or minor children face immediate and present danger of physical abuse

Courts must consider specific factors before ordering electronic monitoring, including: prior PFA violations, whether past abuse resulted in injury, whether abuse occurred in public, and presence of threats, stalking, sexual violence, or drug/alcohol use

Electronic monitoring devices must be single-piece active surveillance technology that notifies law enforcement of distance violations, alerts the plaintiff of violations, enables communication with the defendant, includes an alarm to warn plaintiffs, and allows satellite or cellular tracking

Updates statutory references for support complaint filing requirements from Chapter 45 (reciprocal enforcement) to Parts VIII (uniform interstate family support) and VIII-A (intrastate family support)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
