Amends the Patient Test Result Information Act to require diagnostic imaging providers to give patients written notice at the time of service explaining how to access results through their electronic health record portal or by mail

Prohibits automatic disclosure of pathology reports, radiology reports, or clinical laboratory tests with reasonable likelihood of showing malignancy or genetic markers until one full business day after results are finalized, unless the ordering practitioner directs earlier release

Exempts routine obstetrical ultrasounds, inpatient/emergency/observation unit imaging, diagnostic radiographs, imaging for previously-disclosed chronic conditions, and results provided at time of test from notification requirements

Requires health care facilities and diagnostic imaging entities to develop and implement policies and procedures for providing patient test results in compliance with the act

Directs the Department of Health to conduct compliance reviews on licensed health care facilities, limited to verifying that required policies and procedures have been developed and implemented; takes effect 60 days after enactment
