Removes the $400,000 cap on group life insurance for Pennsylvania National Guard members, replacing it with the maximum available under Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance coverage

Removes the $100,000 cap on life insurance coverage for spouses and dependents of insured Guard members

Expands eligibility to include Guard members ordered to active duty for 30+ consecutive days under federal National Guard orders in response to emergency declarations or federal mobilizations approved by the Governor and U.S. Secretary of Defense

Existing eligibility categories remain: members deployed to combat zones for 30+ days and members on active state duty for emergencies for 30+ days

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
