Enacts the Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act in Pennsylvania, establishing comprehensive procedures for child custody arrangements when a parent is deployed for military service of 30 or more consecutive days

Allows deploying parents and the other parent to create temporary custody agreements without court involvement, including provisions for delegating custodial responsibility to adult family members with close relationships to the child

Prohibits courts from using a parent's past or future military deployment as a sole factor in determining the child's best interest, and prevents custody modifications based solely on a servicemember's failure to appear in court due to deployment

Requires automatic reinstatement of pre-deployment custody arrangements within 60 days after the deploying parent returns and provides notice of return, unless parents agree otherwise

Repeals existing Pennsylvania statutes (51 Pa.C.S. §§ 4109 and 4110) governing military deployment custody proceedings, replacing them with the more comprehensive uniform act framework
