Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require that any notice about immunization requirements must include information about available exemptions under subsections (c) and (d), displayed in the same size and font as the immunization requirements themselves

Mandates that schools and government entities explicitly state they accept immunization exemptions and explain the process for obtaining an exemption when communicating about vaccine requirements

Applies to public school entities (school districts, intermediate units, career and technical schools, charter schools, cyber charter schools, regional charter schools), nonpublic schools, political subdivisions, and the Commonwealth

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
