Amends the Radon Certification Act of 1987 to expand who can access confidential radon testing data held by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection

Previous property owners may now request radon contamination data for properties they formerly owned, but only for data collected during their period of ownership

Current law restricts release of radon data at nonpublic properties (including residential dwellings) to only the current property owner, with exceptions for legitimate scientific studies

Effective date is 60 days after enactment
