Requires all Pennsylvania school entities to implement age-appropriate child abuse awareness and prevention education for students in kindergarten through grade 12, beginning with the 2026-2027 school year

Increases mandatory child abuse recognition and reporting training for school employees with direct child contact from 3 hours to 4 hours every 5 years

Directs the Department of Education, in consultation with the Department of Human Services and child abuse organizations, to develop a model curriculum and post guidelines and educational materials on its public website

Applies to school districts, charter schools, cyber charter schools, intermediate units, and career and technical schools, with curriculum available upon request to nonpublic schools

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
