Campaign materials must be posted on the department's website, be mobile-friendly, available in multiple languages, and designed for diverse populations across Pennsylvania

Department must consult with the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, 988 crisis call centers, suicide prevention advocacy groups, mental health professionals, and individuals with lived experience of mental health or substance use crises

Initial report due to legislative committees within 180 days must include 988 call volume data, in-state answer rates, budget allocations, and recommendations from stakeholder consultations

Updated report required one year after the initial report must include statistics on 988 operations, information on new awareness initiatives, and impact data on lifeline utilization
